About me

Online mentoring support for autistic individuals

My name is Amy and I have a passion for improving services and support for autistic individuals. After receiving my autism diagnosis in adulthood, I saw first-hand how little support was offered to autistic adults. I decided that I wanted to change that and I began working with a team of autistic adults to deliver post-diagnostic support.

I have extensive experience of autism, both through my own journey and through meeting various autistic individuals in my line of work. I graduated from university with a psychology degree and focused my research on autism. Everybody deserves to feel understood.

I have 4 years of experience working with autistic individuals, as well as having a general passion for autism. I have met many different autistic individuals and developed an understanding of how autism presents in many different ways. I am also able to offer my own experiences as someone who was diagnosed with autism as an adult.

Diagnosis

Whether you want to start general talking sessions, or you want to attend the post-diagnostic structured sessions, there are several ways to learn about your autism.

The structured sessions take place over 7 sessions, with each session focusing on a different topic area relating to autism.

Receive support for autism

Receive the support that you deserve, delivered by an experienced autistic mentor. Peer mentoring can help increase confidence and belonging, helping you to feel understood on a deeper level. I am happy to listen, chat or share my own experiences.

Who is autism mentoring for?

My services are for any individuals with a diagnosis of autism. You can attend regardless of when or where you received your diagnosis (privately or NHS). I specialise in all areas of autism and am happy to adapt the sessions to you. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns.

How much does it cost?

Post-diagnostic support course: £25 per session (typically 7 sessions)
